What to expect when you send a request.
Requests, not purchases
Nothing on this site charges you. Submitting a form starts a conversation. An order exists only after you approve a design and confirm pricing with us directly.
Pricing
Prices shown are starting estimates for standard batches. Complex sculpts, unusual finishes, packaging, and shipping can change the final quote. We confirm the total before production.
Artwork and likeness
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, brand, or artwork you send us. We may decline requests that appear to infringe someone else's rights.
Custom items
Because each batch is made for you, approved custom orders generally can't be resold. If something arrives damaged or clearly doesn't match the approved design, tell us and we'll make it right.
QR destinations
You're responsible for the link your code points to and for keeping that destination live.
